On March 28, Troy Cheri Mullins was born to father, Billy Mullins and his wife. Although not much is known about them and who they are, we do know that Billy was a world-class sprinter and athlete in his day. It is no doubt that Troy received her athletic genes from him!

Whether or not Troy has any siblings, is unknown. Later on in Mullins life, she went on to study a BA in China and Asian Pacific Studies and International Relations at Cornwell University.
