In the early year of 1991, Thomas Paul Fleetwood was born to Pete Fleetwood and his wife in a small town in Merseyside, English.

Growing up, Tommy enjoyed learning and playing the game with his father. As just a teen, he began a profound amateur career and won the Scottish Amateur Stroke Play Championship and the 2010 English Amateur Championship.
