The texture is grippy but not too grippy that they feel uncomfortable. These are also great grips if you are a power swinger because they feel very firm in the hands so you can swing away with confidence. This is essentially the same as the last Winn grip we featured on the list but not the jumbo version. This is a 1/16” grip so it’s a midsize grip. Still, we were impressed with the shock absorption Ir provided.

Overall, the Winn DriTac Midsize Grip imparted a crisp feel at impact without being to bulky. Like the last Winn grip we featured, it is made of multiple polymer materials which do two things: one, it gives these grips a soft feel and two, it makes them weather proof.

Our testers really liked the feel of these grips and noted that they gave them more confidence to put more power behind their drives.

These are the grips that Bryson Dechambeau was using when he won the 2020 US Open – if that’s not a ringing endorsement then we don’t know what is. Based on our testing alone though, we found these grips to be great for anyone who spends a lot of time at the range, practicing.

They are incredibly gentle on your hands despite being ridiculously light. You don’t have to worry about even the jumbo version of these grips adding too much weight to your driver or hindering your swing speed. Some of our testers even found that this grip helped them hit straighter from the tee.

The great thing about this grip is that it still allows for a high degree of club face awareness. The lightweight design doesn’t hold back on feel but they are still comfortable at impact.

While the body of this putter is only 284 grams, there are additional tungsten weights in the heel and the toe and a 22 gram cap that bring the total weight up to par, so to speak. The heel to toe weighting makes for very good consistency across the face.

The aluminum face insert springs the ball off the face. While this incredibly responsive effect takes some getting used to, most players will be able to harness it after a few strokes. And when you do, you realize how little you have to do with this putter.

This is for the golfer who is looking for maximum feel and feedback off of all drives and fairway shots. Club face awareness is great with these grips and they work very well with golfers that have an above average, smooth swing tempo.

They would also help if you have an aggressive swing tempo but they worked excellently in the hands of our more moderate swing tempo testers.
