On September 18^th, 1997 Viktor Hovland was born in Oslo, Norway. Viktor appears to be the only child to his mother, Galina Hovland, and father, Harald Hovland.

Harald is said to work for a private company in the united states where his mother is a stay-at-home wife. Although he was born in Norway, his family later moved to Oklahoma where he received an education and went to university.
