Allison Stokke was born into an athletic family in California in March 1989. As a youngster, she was pushed toward gymnastics like her older brother but she eventually went on to develop a passion for pole vaulting which saw her break multiple High School records.
Despite breaking her leg twice while in high school, she set multiple records in scaling Heights of over 4.14 m by 2006 and getting closer to her dreams of becoming an Olympic athlete.

Allison’s track and field career was going from strength to strength as she continued to break her own records but her career was the take an unexpected twist.
When she was competing in New York in 2007 a photo was taken of her for a California track and field website, which was quickly hijacked for malicious purposes by the male dominated sports Blog, “With Leather”.
The 17-year old athlete became a superstar overnight as a super hot athlete and although the owner of the blog was sued, the picture still went viral and suddenly dozens of Facebook groups popped up to show their appreciation for the young woman’s dazzling looks.

Allison was not ready for the level of stardom she achieved and it had a profoundly negative impact on her that she was being admired for her looks and not her sporting achievements.
She quickly gained plenty of stalkers and had to start locking the doors of her home as she was worried about possible negative outcomes.
She had to hire a consultant to deal with all the media and photoshoot requests that she was getting and major companies started to ask her if they could sponsor her and help her cash in on her new found fame.
What affected Allison the most was how hard she had worked to be a great Pole Vaulter for people to only care about her looks.

Despite all the unexpected attention, Allison continued with her pole vaulting career and even achieved a full sporting scholarship to UC Berkeley so she could stay at home around her family in California.
Allison worked hard in her training and at her studies, eventually graduating with a degree in Sociology and improving her Pole Vaulting record up to 4.35m, recording plenty of top-10 finishes.
Her dreams of representing the USA at the Olympics eventually did not come to fruition when she failed to scale 4.25m at the Olympic trials and although she kept going with pole vaulting, she rarely made the top 30 athletes in the USA.

Allison Stokke decided to take up some of those modelling contracts with the likes of Nike, Athleta and she even did a series of videos for GoPro which achieved over 6 million views by 2016.
She continued with pole vaulting without setting the world on fire until 2017 when she found the love of her life in Rickie Fowler.
How did Allison Stokke & Rickie Fowler Meet?
While it’s unclear how to pair initially met, the first pictures of them surfaced at a MotoGp event in Austin Texas in 2017 where they both posted pictures on their Instagram accounts together.
Jason Day, a fellow golfer, then made the news official when he stated that Rickie Fowler missed their team meeting to spend time with his new girlfriend.
Rickie himself made it official later that month with a picture of the pair together including the hashtag #RickFoundAChic
Rickie is a really likable guy and although he is yet to win a major, it seems like only a matter of time with Allison by his side as she now accompanies him on every round that he plays.
He used to make fun of his own single status, by posing with all the wives and other players after every major as a sort of funny joke.
All jokes aside the pair were engaged in 2018, Rickie popped the question on a beach in Southampton, New York and Allison responded yes posting about it on Instagram.
