We have never worn a Skechers golf shoe but we were very surprised at how comfortable the Men’s Torque shoes were. The rounded toe area and flexible rubber sole make walking in these shoes very comfortable – even for full rounds.

They look pretty unique too. The upper seems to be made of one continuous piece except for the laces of course.

The upper of these shoes is made of Skechers very own H2GO waterproof synthetic material and the fact that it is all one piece ensures superior water protection. You get 6 of Skechers soft grip removable cleats and the fabric lining inside the shoe is soft and cushion-y.

And these shoes are very lightweight at only 13 ounces. You will have no problem carrying them in your bag if needed.

We were pretty surprised to come across a pair of Callaway shoes that were so affordable. And we were even more surprised when we actually tested them. The Callaway Men’s Balboa TRX shoes would be great for anyone on a budget but who still wants a quality shoe that will last.

They sport the classic Callaway “V” logo on the outside upper quarter with the Callaway logo on the back heel and the tongue. This is a quality pair of standard lace-up waterproof golf shoes.

Key Features

The upper part is made of microfiber leather which repels water remarkably. There is also a 5mm sock liner that allows your foot to breathe and is the perfect thickness to also provide the support you need for the 5000+ steps you are likely to take in a round of golf.

The Dura rubber outsole attaches to 7 Slim-Lok cleats for superior traction and the sole is made of 100% synthetic material.

Jordan Spieth must really like light shoes because if these shoes are anything, they are lightweight. They weigh only 13.2 ounces but still give good arch and foot support even after walking well over a mile.

They sport a clean design with the only distinguishable features being the Under Armour logo on the outsides, the breathing perforations right next to the logos and the Spieth “S” on the tongue.

Description

Skechers continues to offer something new with their 4^th generation of the popular Prestige line of golf shoes. If you have ever wondered what a Prestige shoe would feel like without spikes, you need to check these shoes out.

They are spikeless which right off the bat, makes them more comfortable. But these are also really impressive, durable waterproof shoes. We traipsed around on the early morning dew, kicked up grass and turf for 2 full rounds and these shoes still looked great.

Key Features

The Prestige 4’s have a 100% rubber sole so they bend and contort the way you need them to even if you are walking the entire round. The upper is made of a tandem of leather and knit material that also flexes really well without letting any water in.

The midsole is supported with extra foam material so it’s clear that Skechers has doubled down on the comfort aspect of the Prestige’s in their 4^th incarnation.

Pros:

• They can be worn as casual shoes as well
• Provide ample room for people with wide feet
• You don’t have to break these shoes in for very long before they conform to the shape of your foot

Cons:

• At 2 pounds, they are a bit heavy and bulky
• They only come in one color
