Aspire Pro X Men’s Golf Clubs Review 2023

Every golfer has heard of Callaway, Titleist and Taylormade. Still, these big 3 golf club manufacturers aren’t the only games in town.

All too often, quality golf club sets for men get swept under the rug by near-constant new releases by these industry stalwarts.

The fact of the matter is though, that smaller companies are emulating the technology of larger ones to produce some worthwhile golf club sets. Case in point: the Aspire Pro X set. Take a look as we shine a much-deserved light on this golf club set.

Aspire Pro X Mens Golf Club Set Overview

“The Aspire Pro X features some of the same advanced features that golf club sets at twice it’s price have.”

The Aspire Pro X Golf Club set includes a driver, #3 wood, #3 hybrid, #4 hybrid, #5 hybrid, irons 6-9, pitching wedge, sand wedge and putter.

To round out this complete set of golf clubs the Aspire Pro X men’s golf club set also includes a stand bag and head covers. All of this comes for just under $500.

Our initial opinion of the Aspire Pro X set was that it came with a slew of clubs that all has a clean look. When we loaded them into the bag, we couldn’t wait to play them because they looked so inviting.

The Aspire Pro X set includes a 460cc head driver. This is the maximum size allowable so you get great distance and forgiveness from it.

The #3 fairway wood has a low kickpoint and a nice graphite shaft that increases flex. You get great launch from this wood.

Perhaps the best thing about the Aspire Pro X set is that it comes with 3 hybrid woods. This gives you a lot of options when you have to play long from the deck.

The irons are outfitted with Precision Rifle shafts that impart consistency and distance predictability to every iron in the set. They are also perimeter weighted to increase forgiveness.

The mallet style putter helps the player impart straight end-over-end roll to the ball. It is strikingly easy to make your ball hold the intended line with this putter.

“At the end of the day, the Aspire Pro X golf club set has something to offer beginners and low handicap players.”

Aspire Pro X – What’s in the Bag?

The Aspire Pro X men’s golf club set includes the following components:

Driver, 3 wood, #3 hybrid, #4 hybrid, #5 hybrid, irons 6-9, pitching wedge, sand wedge, stand bag, bag cover and 5 head covers.

First Impressions & Club Breakdown

The Aspire Pro X men’s golf club set sits heavier in the hands than some club sets for the most part.

It’s easy to tell that they were made for distance. Still not all of them have abnormal heft. This set still has a lot to offer in terms of precision ball-placement.

Driver

The driver sports a thin, resilient titanium face.

Titanium is a prized alloy for club faces because of how much it’s able to bend and retain it’s original shape. For a driver, that translates to faster ball speeds and longer drives.

3 Wood

Like the driver, the 3 wood is outfitted with a Premium V6 variable control graphite shaft.

Graphite allows for the flex you will need to get down the fairway in a hurry.

The low CG of this fairway wood will also help you get the launch angles you need for precision ball placement.

Hybrids

What makes the Aspire Pro X set good for beginners and skilled players alike is the fact that it features 3 hybrid woods.

The heads are aerodynamically shaped with an emphasis on faster swing speeds.

Irons

The irons are constructed from stainless steel and feature perimeter head weighting in a cavity back designed for forgiveness and with thick soles for impressive distance.

They feel really nice when you hit the ball dead-center but still produce straight shots on low-face strikes.

Putter

It’s really hard to miss the dead-center of the face of this mallet style putter.

The easy alignment markers and great response from the face insert make it easy to produce shots that react the way you need them to.

Who Is The Aspire Pro X Set For?

While the Aspire Pro X set is marketed towards mid to low handicap players, we think there are enough forgiveness features that would make them good for beginners as well.

The best part about all of that is that the Aspire Pro X’s will be a set you can use for a very long time

The Aspire Pro X set is equipped with V6 graphite shafts in the woods and Precision Rifle steel shafts in the irons. All clubs are outfitted with Tour Pride multi-material grips as well.

Do we Recommend Buying the Aspire Pro X Men’s Golf Club Set?

The Aspire Pro X men’s golf club set is a perfect example of how smaller manufacturers are producing clubs with comparable quality to the big companies. Even better; they are selling them for a much more reasonable price than the big guys.

Overall, we would recommend buying this set whether you are a beginner or intermediate player.

The precision of the clubs would make them good for low handicappers too, but other than that, we can’t see much that the Aspire Pro X’s would have to offer really good players. Still, they’re a solid buy for every other type of player so check them out!
